This show is currently being rescheduled for a future date and will 100% be happening in a few months.
We are working extremely hard with talent agents and managers to reschedule all shows and not cancel them. With artist deposits out, along with the many other expenses in booking our shows, cash flow for each event becomes increasingly problematic in times like these. We are asking each of you to hold off on requesting a refund for a rescheduled show. If you can wait and see’ of the possibility of attending you give us hope that you’re in it to win it with us.
If you absolutely must have a refund for personal, financial, or other reasons we will do our best to provide them within two weeks of the request. All ticket refunds can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are hard and trying times for everyone in the live music industry. Check in with your local musicians, tech staff, security, promoters and everyone else working in the nightlife industry. Support, love, empathy, and compassion get us through this. We’re in this together.
We thank you for your continued support of live music in Bellingham!
Petty or Not is a Tom Petty (and more) tribute act that consists of Kevin Chryst (Acorn Project, Baby Cakes), Aaron Guest (Polecat), Craig Jewell, Jeremy Elliott (Polecat), Stephanie Walbon (Baby Cakes), Jeff Ballew (Baby Cakes), and other special guests. These friends realized their shared love and respect for Tom’s music, as well as the formative influence it had on their development as musicians, and wanted to honor Tom’s immense legacy. Petty or Not has never pretended to be or mimic Tom Petty, but rather honor his unparalleled lyricism, vast collaborations, and culturally driving melodies. As local musicians, teachers, and producers, the members of Petty or Not consistently strive to update their repertoire based on audience requests and favorites, newfound favorite songs from Tom’s catalog, and surprising compilations, including music from Fleetwood Mac.
What began as a one off commemoration show, the band’s popularity has since demanded more and has played at Downtown Sounds for over five thousand people, Summer Meltdown Festival, sold out shows at the Tractor Tavern in Ballard, Nectar Lounge, and many more.
